Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ORCADMS, operated by ORCADMS Inc., collects and how we use it — for clinics that run their front office on the platform and for the patients who book or contact a clinic through a site built on it.
1. What we collect
Clinics: account details (name, email, clinic info), the content you add (appointments, patients, notes, team), and usage/diagnostic data.
Patients who book or submit an inquiry on a clinic’s website: the details they choose to provide (name, contact, and the reason for the visit) so the clinic can follow up. We collect only what the booking or inquiry requires — patients do not pay through the platform.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, route bookings and messages to the right clinic, process each clinic’s subscription, keep accounts secure, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we don’t rent your patient list back to you.
3. Whose data it is
A clinic’s patient and appointment data belongs to that clinic; we process it on their behalf as a service provider. Clinics can export their data at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, subscription payment processing, email delivery), under agreements that limit their use to those purposes — or where required by law.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, and each clinic’s data is isolated from others. We keep data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Clinics can manage most of this in-app; for anything else, contact us.
7. Changes and contact
