Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ORCADMS (the “Service”), operated by ORCADMS Inc.. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
ORCADMS is clinic-management software — an appointment calendar, patient records, check-in, a public booking website, live chat, and back-office tools for your team and reporting. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the clinic you register.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, misrepresent your clinic, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or access data that isn’t yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. ORCADMS charges no per-patient or per-appointment fees. Subscription payment processing (e.g. Stripe) is provided by third parties under their own terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel a month-to-month plan at any time.
5. Your content and data
Your appointments, patients, and other data remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and its branding belong to ORCADMS Inc.. These terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a scheduling and administration tool — not a medical device, and not a substitute for clinical judgement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORCADMS Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You can export your data before your account closes.
